Green River District Health Department (GRDHD) is pleased to present the 2023 Community Health Improvement Plan. A Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) is a set of goals and actions to address key problems identified through a community health assessment. The 2023 Update of the GRDHD CHIP reports the goals and strategies made by local health coalitions and other organizations to improve the health of Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union and Webster communities within the Green River District.
