Green River District Health Department (GRDHD) is pleased to present the 2023 Green River District Community Health Assessment.  We hope that this document is a useful tool for anyone seeking to understand what is unique about the strengths, needs, and challenges that the local communities in Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union, and Webster Counties are facing related to health. This information is intended to be used by a wide cross-section of partners to help make decisions or decide where to focus efforts to improve our region’s health.

Green River District Health Department (GRDHD) is pleased to present the 2021 Update to the 2018-2021 Community Health Improvement Plan. A Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) is a set of goals and actions to address key problems identified through a community health assessment. The 2021 Update of the GRDHD CHIP reports the progress made by local health coalitions and other organizations to improve the health of Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union and Webster communities within the Green River District.
