Henderson County Diabetes Coalition

The Henderson County Diabetes Coalition (HCDC) is made up of Henderson County residents who have a connection with diabetes. Some members have diabetes or family members with the disease. Other members are health professionals with an interest in diabetes such as physicians, pharmacists, and certified diabetes educators. Many local organizations are represented, such as the hospital, health department, home health agencies, local businesses, area colleges, and the area development district.
