Reportable Diseases

Reportable diseases are those that when diagnosed require health providers to report them to state and/or local public health officials. These diseases are considered of great public health importance due to their contagiousness, severity, or frequency.

Green River District Health Department works to identify, track, educate, and limit the spread of reportable diseases within the community.
